Wollte ja eigentlich eine Oskar Kanne von Sowden. Von wegen Top-Design und wärmeisoliertem Griff und Hochleistungs-Innovations--gelasertem-Jahrtausendsiebeinsatz und Schnick und Schnack. Aber die wars nicht. Schon erstmal der Preis, aber egal. Trotzdem probiert und siehe da: Ausguss viel zu spitz, der bricht 100 pro ruckizucki ab, Form viel zu klobig und das Sieb hält garantiert kein halbes Jahr, extrem filigranes Metall, und lässt immer noch viel Kaffeemehl in die Kanne. Das macht das hier auch, ist aber auch ein Tee-Siebeinsatz und sieht im Übrigen nicht viel anders als aus das von Sowden.
Aber: Die Kannenform ist viel hübscher, gefälliger, haptischer. Der Deckel hat so eine nette Kerbe, die im Sieb sitzt und dafür sorgt, dass man den Deckel samt (heißem) Sieb im Stück rausheben kann. Sehr durchdacht, zumal die Silikondichtung mehr Sinn macht als Metall auf Keramik wie bei Sowden. Den Kaffee schütte ich zusätzlich durch ein Sieb, aber mich störts nicht und wie gesagt - bei Sowden brauchte ich das auch.
Fazit: Ich mag sie, nur falls das noch nicht so richtig rüber gekommen sein sollte :-)
Klare Kaufempfehlung!
Und Sorry, dass ich keinen Tee damit trinke. Vielleicht mal irgendwann.

Die Keramikqualität ist in Ordnung, der Mechanismus zum Halten des Deckels funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Sieb ist schön feinmaschig, so dass sich die Staubwolke im Tee auch bei krümeligen Sorten in Grenzen hält. Reinigung in der Spülmaschine problemlos. Die Wärmeisolierung des Siebgriffes funktioniert.
